Depending on your needs we will find the most suitable instructor and class for you. Our Sheen and Richmond studios have two reformers, a full trapeze table, wunda chair and ladder barrel.

Our studio classes are open level group Pilates class East Sheen or a private one to one session with an instructor. We offer all levels of Pilates including beginner friendly sessions with options to challenge experienced movers. Reformer Flow is a beginner friendly group reformer class that allows you to build up your strength and confidence in the equipment. We focus on synchronising movement with breath and holding exercises for longer to improve strength and flexibility.

Core barre is a high energy workout using the Pilates equipment to work the entire body. It strengthens and lengthens the muscles whilst incorporating elements of ballet technique. This class will be a great addition to any workout and will help with balance, stability, agility and strength.

Jelica started practising Pilates over 20 years ago to support her dancing career, finding it as a perfect way to maintain good posture and prevent injuries. She became a Pilates teacher to share her passion and help others improve their posture, body awareness and general well-being.

She is a highly experienced Pilates instructor who works with all levels and injuries. She is especially skilled in working with rehabilitative clients and enjoys making strong connections with her clients, encouraging them to work at their own pace and develop their potential from the start.

Ellen has been a physiotherapist for 25 years and is trained in Polestar Pilates, the international professional Pilates training organisation. She has a wealth of knowledge in treating all types of musculoskeletal conditions including osteoporosis, arthritis, joint hyper-mobility and back pain and enjoys supporting her clients to achieve their fitness goals in a safe and enjoyable way.

Augustin has a BSc(Hons) Physiotherapy and is a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapists. He has a strong interest in the rehabilitation of patients following injury, surgery and in improving mobility and function for those with chronic diseases and health conditions. He is experienced in 1:1 rehabilitation Pilates and combining Pilates with physiotherapy treatment to help clients improve their quality of life. He has a particular expertise in treating patients with back pain and sciatica.
