ectomorph transformation

So you’re a skinny guy. You have always been skinny. Everyone has told you that you will always be skinny. That’s a load of shit! When I turned 16, I weighed an impressive 128 pounds. This was after I had already had a facelift for a couple of months. One day, I got tired of how I looked and felt. I decided that I would make the most of my time. I understood that I had, and still have, a great opportunity. I wouldn’t waste it. I trained in my room every day. I knew absolutely nothing about exercise and even less about proper nutrition. I remember starting with 10 on the dumbbell bench press and doing about 30 reps before failing. I want your ectomorph transformation to create a new you!

My ectomorph transformation story

All my life I was told that I would be skinny, that my genetics would be disabling. If you are small, believe it or not, you can have a crazy transformation, one that completely changes your perspective on yourself as a person. One day I decided to change that, to develop a mentality that would break with social conditioning. I made the decision that I would determine my results. You have to create a process-oriented mindset, one that is not dictated by the results you are getting. For example, making progress can become difficult as you progress toward your bodybuilding and fitness goals. You cannot achieve greater things with the same training and focus that you currently have. So enjoy the ride and immerse yourself in the process. You have to love what you do at the end of the day. There has to be a desire within you that screams for greatness, that demands respect.

You have to understand how valuable time is. You will never come back today. There are 86,400 seconds in a day. Are you going to use them productively? Are you going to be proactive in your approach to achieving what you want in life? Know this, set a specific goal you want to achieve, and set a date for when you want to achieve it. Then simply DECIDE that you are going to follow him. Never follow the middle line, waiting for your chance to become something extraordinary. You have to do your luck. Demand more of yourself and strive to free yourself from what society says is true success. An ectomorph transformation is very possible; Disconnect from negative feedback, it does nothing for you.

There is no finish line!

Throughout my senior year of high school I lifted steadily. It was also the first time I tried to eat with a purpose. I brought tubs of food to class and ate. I also learned that overtraining is real; I lifted both at school and at home over a period of about a month and made no profit. I dropped out of school training, which is optional for seniors. My earnings started to progress again. I was the only senior on my football team still lifting. I have made great strides and look forward to playing for a great D1 school next year. I am targeting to gain about 15 pounds to get to about 200 at 5’10″ my freshman year of college baseball.

I have only played one season of football in my life, however, I dedicate my life right now to training. I never got to see much playing time at HS, but I’m training now in the off-season to come back like a beast. I suffer now, just so I can come back stronger. Never be afraid to chase your dreams! If you are skinny, create an ectomorph transformation for yourself!
