People with dry skin depend on their lotions. However, labeled “natural”, they are external errors and will eventually do damage in the long run. The lubrication and hydration of the body is not what people conventionally expect. That’s why people keep getting sick. This suggestion is a conglomeration of what I learned from experience and experimenting with the teachings of Aajonus Vonderplanitz in his 2 books.

First is the issue of water. Drinking a lot of water will not make you hydrated. In fact, avoid drinking water and avoid bathing… bathe every other day or more. It’s fat, fat, fat and more fat that should lubricate you, quench your thirst and energize you and nourish you from the inside out and provide you with moisture.

Of course, in order to have usable fat for your body, you must have done your liver flushes to cleanse your liver of stones and debris. And you should nourish your liver with raw meat protein and zucchini in Bieler’s soup. A daily liver flush with egg yolk in the morning, Bieler soup daily and in 1 week or more your digestive system will be back on track. Of course, before any liver flushing, you may need to do a colon cleanse. And after the liver flush, you may need to do a kidney cleanse with avocado tea or just have watermelons if it’s in season.

Now suppose you have your liver and digestive system working for you, we can continue with the daily lubricating grease diet:

* Wake up to 2 raw eggs, eat them all, not just the yolk

* 2 hours later some fresh raw coconut meat

*2 hours later some fatty raw fresh meat, let’s say 1/4 of the volume visually is live fat or bone marrow is better if you have the money for it. Some raw tuna or raw blue marlin for a change. Eat at least 1/2 kilogram (1.1 pounds) of raw meat a day.

* 2 hours later some ripe avocados (avocados are in season now)

Repeat the process all day. If you are very thirsty, get some fresh watermelon to quench your thirst, but if the fat satisfies you, the better.

Avoid olive oil, because in this case, olive oil causes dry skin. That is why I suggest you do liver washes with egg yolk.

The trick is to saturate your body with a lot of fat and animal meat. If you can afford it, the more raw fatty animals, the better. No combining food. Space each feeding 2 hours between them.

For lifestyle, stop brushing your teeth. Do oil extraction. I have good success with virgin coconut oil. Do 20 minutes each oil extraction in the morning, afternoon and night. It takes time, but you just have to do it. As you feel your skin getting moisturized from within, you can start using fewer and fewer kludge lotions. The path to wellness depends on getting rid of all chemical inputs, whether ingested or placed on your skin.

You can experiment with putting very ripe avocado meat on your skin instead of lotion. Avocado meat is an ancient historical skin beauty agent. Raw fat is cleansing, raw fat is nourishing, raw fat is lubricating. They all hail raw fat. Especially raw animal fat. delicious good
