These are the desired traits that most employers look for in their workers.

– Self-sufficiency

A worker must learn to fulfill the work that has been assigned to him and must not depend on others for tasks that he cannot do.

A good worker does not stop until excellent results are obtained. He is happy when he sees that what he has produced meets the standard set by his boss.

– Responsibility

Each company has its own rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of each and every one of the workers to follow them. Another thing to remember, you are accountable to your boss for the task assigned to you. If something goes wrong because of what you’ve done, accept the blame.

Be patient in handling the task. Try to finish your work assignment on time, no matter how boring it is.

Clarify everything before you start your task. Read and understand the instructions. If something is vague, don’t be afraid to ask.

Be ready to lend a helping hand. Surely, when the time comes when you need their help, they will be more than willing to give it to you.

Must be related to perform other tasks. Make your supervisors feel like you’re there when they need you, producing the right results.

You are dependent when you give more than is expected, such as in cases of urgent requests and emergencies.
