Vegetarian food offers a complete diet that the human body needs. Vegetarian food consists of vitamins, minerals, proteins, calcium, folic acids and other important elements. Therefore, people who eat vegetarian food are more active and healthier than those who eat non-vegetarian food. In addition to having good physical health, a practitioner of veganism also has a calm mind. The other positive aspect of veganism is that you will not kill any birds or animals to satisfy your hunger and therefore the cycle of the food chain will not be affected. So the choice is yours if you want to live on foods that provide you with good health or on dozens of diseases like obesity and fat.
