½ small beetroot

1 handful of spinach
1 rib of celery with leaves
4 medium carrots

2. Cut the apple into smaller pieces and cut the carrots if necessary.
3. Extract the juice from the apple.
4. Roll the parsley and spinach into a bunch, then process this with the carrots to help push out the leafy greens.
5. Mix the other ingredients.
6. Stir then serve immediately.

All of the above fruit juices are rich in vitamins, minerals, enzymes, life, antioxidants, and bioflavonoids. Beetroot (which helps detoxify the liver), lemons, carrots, parsley, celery, and apple are especially important for a total cleanse.
