You don’t want abs like a washboard, right? It would be a shame to have waves of rock-hard muscle from waist to chest, right? It is not the best for you to have a beautiful and sexy woman caressing your abdomen, purring with pleasure and admiring your manly body with erotic desire, am I right in saying that?

Since we already know the answers to those questions, let’s talk about how you can get there.

This is something that everyone wants, but they rarely get the proper advice to achieve it. The answer is deceptively simple, eat right and do the right exercises, but those are loaded statements. What is considered eating well? Are they the whole grains I hear about on TV? Is the low carb diet the right thing to do? I heard that eating a low fat diet is the key to a flat stomach in men. What about antioxidants?

And working: should I buy this ab machine that I saw on late night television? What about that special technique I saw Richard Simmons do? Is there a pill I can take? Any surgery?

Although “eat right and exercise right” is a loaded statement, much of it falls into the category of common sense. Ask yourself, did men have abs before the Super Deluxe Abs Ripper came out? The answer is yes. Did men have a flat stomach before Richard Simmon’s Super Fabulous Ab to the Oldies Box Set? That is affirmative. You have all the tools for a flat stomach that you need if you have common sense.

When it comes to your flat stomach diet, I see it in terms of a pyramid (not a new concept obviously), but I do it a little differently. Vegetables, greens, fruits are at the bottom. Birds and fish are in the middle. Beef and pork are on top. Keep bread, pasta, and sweets to a minimum (they don’t even make it to the pyramid). That’s. With that way of eating, in moderation of course, you can reduce belly fat around your waist very quickly. Simple but effective.

The exercises you do daily also determine how to achieve your flat stomach. I’m a fan of weighted crunches, but calisthenics crunches will help you do that too. Abs are muscles that you can work on practically every day, but for best results, 1 day a week is generally recommended. I do not agree with that. If you don’t have the natural genetics to have strong abs, I suggest you do 10 sets of 10 repetitions of abdominal exercises 6 days a week. This is not too difficult and can be incorporated into any good exercise routine.

My intention was to keep this article as short as possible because I wanted to appeal to your common sense. At the end of the day, only you can hold yourself back. It is you who will take charge and decide how you want to manage your life and make your abs a part of it. A flat stomach for men is a lifestyle. It is not a pill, it is not an exercise, it is not a special diet, it is not a machine, it is a healthy lifestyle that starts with you.

You are the captain of your ship. You make the decisions in your life. You lead, your body follows you. Whether you’re heading your boat into the hurricane of belly fat or the calm waters of flat, toned abs, it’s your decision.

Every man can achieve a flat stomach. There are a few who can achieve a six pack. You are one of them? Make the decision, visualize yourself with your goal accomplished, and then create a plan to make it work. I hope and trust that the words you have just read will help you.
