It’s no surprise that there is a growing movement away from the bodybuilding mentality. Many people would prefer to have slim and fit bodies that resemble famous movie actors and models rather than massive bodybuilders. The desire to have a “GQ” look will not only help you look good in a suit, but also on the beach. Oversized gym rats just can’t do that.
