I. 1st Test: Your Belly, Authority, Power
R. If you are the Son of God, command that the stone be turned into bread. But Jesus responded by saying: It is written that man will not live on bread alone, but on every word of God.

1. While Jesus was hungry, during the time of fasting, the enemy tempted him with a “false satisfaction”. we will also be hungry sometimes because of more things from God, from life and we will be tempted to make things appear, because of what we talk about, instead of waiting on God. Let’s make a plan and be clear, some of you may be waiting for that Juliet or that Romeo. So you sacrifice and prepare and start dressing up, eating the right foods, making yourself attractive in the clothes you wear, exercising, going through times of consecration seeking the face of God, you hunger for that right person to appear in your life. , then that special person appears, however, it is the future counterfeit partner, but the enemy has disguised it, in what you want most, however, they are not what you need, but what you want. So you fall in love with them in the first site, they look good, they smell good, even when you are around them you feel good, but then you find out they are no good, satan threw a fake at you. So, with the power in the faith in the authority that you already have, Satan wants you to start talking about that person to be what you think it should be or be in your life, but it is not the right one. So what happens you connect with them and that’s how things happen, by the will of God, and we know that all things work together for the good of those who love the Lord who are called according to that purpose. So despite us, God, however, that was not God’s original intention to wait on Him to provide you with the right thing, the right person who will feel the kind of hunger you have for your life. So I our patience, I will be tested in our faith to wait on God, and it will be fulfilled I will be tempted.
Furthermore, our Authority is being tried and tested. “Tell this stone to become bread, if you are a child of God.” That was an insult and a temptation to Christ at the same time. (If you are Christ you had nothing to prove) Stop trying to prove yourself in what God has made you just be who you are and walk in your calling). Satan will not command you even in the spirit to make that person the love of your life, because he knows that your words carry life and power with them.

Jesus knew that he was and is the son of God, while he was tempted by Satan.
So the enemy was also tempting him to question his authority of who he was. You too your Authority will be tested to do things before your time comes. But wait on the Lord. Waiting is enabling power. So again the enemy (Satan) was tempting Jesus to use his power to turn stone into bread to satisfy his hunger. It wasn’t so much the temptation to break the fast, but that he was being tempted to use his power in inappropriate and untimely ways.
